Job Title : Recruiter
Location : North Scottsdale, AZ
Compensation : Salary $45,000 - $50,000 Depending on Experience

Employment Type : Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401K with matching)
Schedule : On-site Monday through Friday 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!
Position Overview :
Envita Medical Center is seeking a mission-driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for a variety of departments, including Envita Medical Centers, Vertisis Custom Pharmacy, Envita Interventional Radiology, and our Corporate Headquarters.
This is not a metrics-driven or commission-based role—we prioritize quality over quantity , and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about finding the right people to support our commitment to delivering world-class integrative care.
Key Responsibilities :
Create, revise, and maintain job descriptions across all departments and affiliated entities.
Post and manage open positions on external job boards and our applicant tracking system (JazzHR).
Coordinate and schedule interviews, phone screens, and follow-ups.
Lead interviews and serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Extend job offers and clearly communicate compensation packages and benefits.
Prepare and manage onboarding documents, including background checks, I-9s, and internal system setup.
Facilitate new hire orientation, including paperwork, training schedules, software access, and office tours.
Maintain up-to-date and organized physical and digital personnel files.
Ensure new hires understand and adhere to company policies and handbook procedures.
Support various HR projects and assist with department initiatives as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Prior recruiting experience required; healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.
Experience with JazzHR and Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management abilities.
High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, email, communication platforms).
Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and meet tight deadlines.
Team player with a collaborative attitude and a commitment to discretion and professionalism.
Additional Information :
This is an on-site position based at our North Scottsdale headquarters.
