One of the world's leading gaming and entertainment companies is seeking an HR Business Systems Analyst to help shape the future of Human Resources technology at their San Deigo Headquarters on a hybrid basis. In this role, you’ll develop and implement HR technology strategies that enhance workforce engagement , process optimization , and talent management . You’ll work closely with HR and IT leadership to assess current systems, identify opportunities for innovation, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise IT infrastructure.

This role begins as a W2 contract and offers the opportunity to drive impactful HR tech solutions in addition to a hybrid schedule, competitive benefits, and the potential to extend or convert to permanent!

Please Note : This role CANNOT support C2C hiring

Responsibilities :

Develop a mid-range HR technology roadmap that aligns with organizational strategy.

Assess current HR systems , identifying areas for efficiency improvements and automation.

Maintain an architecture-level perspective of HR technology solutions, ensuring scalability and integration with enterprise IT standards.

Collaborate with HR and IT leadership to translate strategic goals into technology-driven solutions.

Partner with IT teams to ensure smooth integration with existing infrastructure.

Establish key performance metrics to measure the success of HR technology initiatives.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in HR technology, IT architecture, or enterprise system strategy.

Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level HR systems.

Strong understanding of advanced technologies and how they drive HR solutions.

Familiarity with HR processes, tools, and data analytics is a plus.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working across teams.
