Remote Argentina Any city February 7, 2025

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Web Developer with Next.js and headless CMS for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is a leading online training provider. The company offers 7,000+ regulated and non-regulated courses for career development and has 11+ million learners in 67 countries. The robust e-learning platform supports multimedia content, quizzes, and assessments. Courses are accessible on various devices, including smartphones and tablets.

You will be the key player in transforming the web presence by integrating advanced technologies like Next.js and a headless CMS with E-commerce websites and storefronts. Your work will enhance user interfaces and redefine how learners interact with digital content. Join a team whose API integration and front-end innovation skills will forge new paths in e-learning.

There is a 4-6 month contract with the opportunity to extend.

Requirements

Experience with CMS platforms is preferable if you know next-generation headless CMS architectures.
Understanding of consuming and integrating with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Excellent understanding of web development, creating modern responsive web experiences using HTML and CSS.
Strong experience with modern front-end development practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of front-end storefronts using legacy CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress, etc.) and manage the transition to a headless CMS using Next.js.

Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO.

Implement and maintain API integrations to enhance dynamic content delivery.

Collaborate closely with design and back-end teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Stay updated with emerging trends in front-end technologies and CMS.

Continuously develop skills and knowledge in relevant technologies.

Design and develop key front-end components of websites.

Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards in code quality.
