The Role
We are looking for dynamic, empathetic, and action-oriented individuals to join our exciting Customer Success team.
As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the relationship with Hazel schools. You will work closely with the Account Management and Operations teams to establish an infrastructure for school support. As a Customer Success Manager, you will have hands-on experience working with our school stakeholders (principals, APs, department heads, school counselors, school nurses, etc.), at the forefront of ensuring access to quality healthcare for all students.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and a broad range of other benefits and perks. Review our benefits at.
