We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is passionate about customer service and coaching team members to achieve their goals within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include :

Specific qualifications for this role include :
Based on experience, the expected pay range for this position is between $17.50 per hour and$20.24per hour. This is achieved through a base hourly wage ranging from$10.30to$14.00, a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store sales.
