The Goddard School® located in Louisville, Colorado is seeking a passionate pre-K teacher. Our teachers work in teams of THREE - one beyond what is required by state ratio. We would ideally like someone with preschool or pre-K experience, OR someone with a degree in Elementary Education. We LOVE retired public school teachers, however the hours may be longer than a typical public school day. On the other hand, there is NO taking work home for evenings and weekends!
At our School, we put our teachers first because they put our students first. Lead Teacher Key Responsibilities :
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
Maintain open and effective communication with parents / guardians regarding their child's progress and daily activities
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom and common areas
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
