You will :

review HR policy and other documents to learn about relevant processes

help building out a knowledge base and a more efficient governance process related to these documents

participate in testing emerging GenAI chatbot capabilities by reviewing machine generated answers and comparing them to standard ones

summarize the findings of the testing in Excel (pivot tables, charts)

assess incoming queries from employees that would help enriching and standardizing the available documents

Qualifications

You have :

1-3 years of relevant experience supporting governance processes or content management

A data driven mindset when it comes to text data, and enthusiasm towards emerging natural language processing techniques

Problem solving attitude with solid sense of accountability

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (functions, pivots, charts)

Analytical thinking

Confident communicating skills (strong written and verbal English) and collaboration skills

Aptitude for learning new systems and technologies

You may have :

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager

Experience with testing virtual agents supporting customer service
