Must process specimens in the send out department.
Perform all procedures utilizing Standard Precautions to minimize the potential for exposure potential to self and others.
Records all results of quality controls and patient testing accurately.
Receive, process and deliver all specimens in a timely fashion to ensure prompt turnaround times.
Must notified patient care associate of results in a timely manner with immediate reporting of critical values.
Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent
6 months of experience in related field.
