The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is seeking a qualified individual as a Human Resources Labor Relations Analyst. The Incumbent independently performs a variety of responsible and complex duties related to human resources and labor relations operations including support for performance management, and assistance in contract negotiations and collective bargaining. AT-A-GLANCE POSITION INFORMATION :
Type of position : Full-Time - Monday - Friday
Salary : Range CONF - J
$39.54 - $58.45 Hourly
$6,853 - $10,131 Monthly (based on 40 hours per week)
Initial Salary Placement : New employees start at Step A ($39.54 per hour) or B ($41.52 per hour) on the salary schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
EDUCATION : Any combination of training and experience equivalent to : Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in labor or industrial relations, business or public administration, law or other related field.
EXPERIENCE : Five years of increasingly responsible human resources or labor relations; preferably from a public agency.
