This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, sometimes working at night and weekends will be required. So flexibility is key.

We are currently seeking Pavement Maintenance Specialists to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities :

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
Follow instructions from Foreman / Superintendent.
Loading and unloading of materials.
Perform routine preventive maintenance.
Operate equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, asphalt and concrete paving.
Communicate job status daily with the Foreman / Superintendent.
Help maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.
Additional tasks as required.

Qualifications :

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation.

You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve.

You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 80lbs).

Ability to work well independently unsupervised.

Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and / or paint sprayers is an asset.

An Engineering educational background is an asset.

Experience in line striping and / or pavement repair is an asset.

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.

Ability to handle physical workload.

Deadline and detail-oriented.

Show initiative and willingness to learn.
