with managers to address and resolve employee relations issues effectively and in alignment with company policies.Conduct thorough investigations and interviews with employees as needed, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and organizational standards.Qualifications : Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Employee

interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems is preferred.Details : Pay : $40 / hr.
