About the Role

Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Concrete Laborer to support a wastewater treatment plant project in Delta County , Colorado. The project consists of extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The project is scheduled to last for 2+ years.

As a Concrete Laborer at Moltz Construction Inc., you will :

  • Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on water and heavy concrete construction projects.
  • Maintain a clean job site : pick up all tools and equipment and secure the job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
  • Perform materials handling and storage.
  • Provide labor support as needed for specialty crews.
  • Load and unload trucks, haul, and hoist materials.
  • Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
  • Bring problems to the attention of the Foreman, Safety Manager or Human Resources.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
  • Perform good manual dexterity and multilimbed coordination.
  • Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule.

    • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Salary- $21.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience

  • Guaranteed 40 hour weeks with OT as necessary
