Job descriptionDevelop Workforce Optimization Strategies : Refine strategies for recruiting, scheduling, and managing talent, ensuring they align with client goals and drive efficiency Consult on Process Redesign : Continuously improve work processes, collaborating with clients to implement scheduling solutions that enhance business impact Maintain Client Satisfaction : Regularly communicate with key contacts to tailor services, conduct periodic discovery sessions, and design solutions to meet client needs Oversee Workforce Deployment : Ensure efficient deployment, meeting agreements with clients and talent while maintaining a 100% on-time fill rate Utilize Workforce Analytics : Analyze data to demonstrate leading indicators for client success, develop strategies for labor safety, risk mitigation, and compliance.
