We are offering a unique opportunity where you can lead survey and engineering projects, handle survey calculations, create survey plats, and develop design / topographic base maps.As part of this hybrid position, you will spend 3 days a week in the office, collaborating with a dedicated team. Your responsibilities will involve deed research, crafting legal descriptions, and processing survey data from our field teams. The successful candidate will need to be able to travel to project sites.Your role will also encompass receiving and assessing survey assignments, processing field data, and utilizing CAD for final mapping. The final mapping deliverables may include boundary, topographic, planimetric, or design-related outputs.To excel in this role, you must have expertise in field-to-finish survey data processing, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to work. 12 or more years' experience in Surveying, including a minimum of 5 years' experience in responsible charge of complex field-to-finish survey deliverables.
Professional Surveyor license in Ohio
Knowledge of GPS, total stations and digital levels a plus
Experience with Civil 3D
Experience with Microstation
