Position Overview :
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Land Development to oversee and manage the success of diverse land development projects across a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, healthcare, educational, and recreational developments. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, leading a talented team of engineers and technical staff, and ensuring the highest standards of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise a portfolio of land development projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project goals.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring profitability, cost control, and timely billing and collections.
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships, conducting meetings, and ensuring client satisfaction. Ensure clear communication and regular updates to clients regarding project status and timelines.
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff. Assign tasks, provide direction, and conduct performance reviews to promote professional growth.
- Initiate and support business development activities, contributing to the firm’s growth strategy and annual business development objectives.
Qualifications :
Location : Austin or Dallas, Texas / / on-site
Salary : Up to $125,000 + individual bonus + company bonus + benefits + 401k match
