to high-profile projects and design challenges.Support for continued learning, industry events, and professional networking.You will be connected to the work as we build nearly 100% of our designs and own every detail from concept through completion.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign & Project ExecutionOwn and execute key aspects of the landscape design process for assigned projects, from concept development to detailed design.Develop high-quality design solutions that align with project goals, site conditions, sustainability principles, and budget constraints.Prepare landscape plans, sections, elevations, and illustrative graphics to communicate design intent.Assist in creating and refining conceptual site layouts, planting plans, and material selections.Work with the project team to ensure design consistency and feasibility throughout development.Collaboration & CoordinationWork closely with Level 3 Landscape Architects, Designers, and Principal Architects to refine and enhance overall project designs.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of landscape elements.Participate in design meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews to contribute insights and innovative ideas.Assist in presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.Technical & Documentation ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate construction drawings, details, and specifications to guide project
