TITLE : PROJECT MANAGER – IRRIGATION AND LANDSCAPE

ABOUT THE JOB : Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and crews throughout the cycle of the project, monitoring progress against schedules and budgets. Responsible for assisting with planning and procurement of resources, reporting financials, conducting meetings, resolving issues, handing business documents and more.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and / or in a related
  • industry in project management

  • High degree of experience with contract and subcontract documents with the ability
  • to negotiate and control costs

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and specs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills combined with a
  • thorough understanding of landscape construction.

  • Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required.
