Family Law Associate Attorney – New Jersey

About the Role :
We are working with a reputable New Jersey law firm seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney to join their growing practice. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal and child support, domestic violence, and equitable distribution.
Responsibilities :
Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and legal correspondence.
Conduct discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
Advocate for clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
Provide compassionate and strategic legal counsel to clients.
Work collaboratively with legal staff and support teams.
Qualifications :
2 years of experience practicing family law in New Jersey.
Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Admission to the New Jersey State Bar is required; New York Bar is a plus.
