Our dynamic and growing law firm is currently seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney with a plaintiff-side focus. We welcome applications from candidates with a background in defense who are looking to transition to a plaintiff-oriented practice.
Responsibilities :
- Handle a variety of employment law cases on the plaintiff side, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on employment-related matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure comprehensive client representation.
