Primary Care physician job in Kentucky : The Inline Group -

• Hours : Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

• Sign-On Bonus
• Compensation : - Base salary plus bonuses with earning potential up to $300,000- Provider incentive bonus is performance based not RBU or fee for service
