Looking of a Nurse with passion for Alzheimer's and related disorders to join our team as a Resident Care Manager (RCM) in a small memory care nursing facility. Your experienced nursing skills will be utilized in resident centered quality of care working closely with residents, their families, front line nursing staff, Physicians, healthcare providers and the facility inter-disciplinary teams. This facility currently uses an electronic medical records and electronic charting system.
