The prime candidate will work seamlessly attorneys, paralegals and administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve our clients. If you love going to court, have excellent research and writing skills, can easily use today's technology, and communicate effectively across all levels, we would love to connect!
Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload
- Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients' needs after analysis
- Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
- Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
- Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
- Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
