Job descriptionProvide excellent customer service and professionalism Be on time and work hard (everything from demolition, moving lumber and digging holes to laying out, constructing complex structures and finish carpentry) Be a part of cultivating a positive atmosphere and have a positive attitude Be teachable and willing to ask questions Be self-motivated and a good problem solver Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Be willing to work in the elements as all work is outside Be organized Be kind and respectful Must have 5 years of related carpentry experience (2 years in outdoor living preferred) Must have a truck and be willing to pull our tool trailer from job to job (Paid for time plus gas card) Has excellent knowledge of how a house is built Knows how to frame a roof (match soffit heights, figure custom rafters, set heights for wall and ridge beams, sidewall tie-ins, roof tie-ins, dry-in, flash and shingle) Proficient knowledge of layout for holes, floor framing, install railings, install decking, frame / finish stairs Able to read and understand plans, and communicate those plans to crew Effective communicator with management, customers and other employees Able to multitask, give directions and train new employees Can maintain the right balance between quality and efficiency Working knowledge of the Residential Building Code (IRC / ICC) and how it applies to decks and roofs (patio covers) Must have 2-5 years of related carpentry experience Have good knowledge of how a house is built Understand the basics of framing, layout, etc. Be willing to contribute to problem solving and helping the job move along Able to read and understand plans Can maintain the right balance between quality and efficiency Basic knowledge of the Residential Building Code (IRC / ICC) and how it applies to decks and roofs (patio covers) No experience required Must have a desire to learn Have a desire to put in the work needed to grow Know how to use a tape measure effectively Be willing to ask questions and think through cause-and-effect to reduce mistakes Retirement plan with up to 3% company match Health Reimbursement Arrangement provides up $250 / month towards insurance premiums or qualified medical expenses (even if you are currently on a spouse's plan) Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Paid Sick Leave Overtime $$ and year-round work Company provides ALL power tools Lead Carpenter receive a gas card to cover all gas for vehicle Lead Carpenters receive a $50 / month cell phone stipend

LEAD Carpenter Qualifications : $27 - $32 per hour PLUS benefits
Carpenter Qualifications : $23 - $28 per hour PLUS benefits
Carpenter Apprentice Qualifications : $18 - $23 per hour PLUS benefits
Benefits
Compensation : $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
