Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements. Candidate should possess Good Communication and Client interfacing skills. He / She should have cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently. Infosys is seeking a Lead ServiceNow (OMT) Developer. In this role you should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow OMT (Order Management for Telecom, Media, and Tech) and its interaction with BSS / OSS systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ year experience as ServiceNow OMT developer
- 4+ years of ServiceNow developer experience
- Understanding of Agile way (Scrum) of working.
Roles & Responsibilities :
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
