Job Description
The Pump and Power Field Technician troubleshoots and diagnoses complex mechanical and electrical equipment problems, performs advanced and complex repairs on all types of equipment, and scopes customers’ needs to provide solutions.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical equipment problems.
- Perform advanced and complex repairs on various types of equipment.
- Scope customers’ needs and provide effective solutions.
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance for customers in the Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Construction industries.

Work Environment
The Field Technician will travel to various customer locations in the Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Construction industries to perform preventive and reactive maintenance. The role involves a mix of on-road travel and on-site repair work. The work schedule includes a 7 to 1 reactive to preventative maintenance call ratio.

This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00 / yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Indianapolis,IN.
