Job Summary :
We are seeking dedicated Pharmacy Technicians - Order Fulfillment to assist in preparing, packaging, and shipping medications with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will ensure product accuracy, maintain quality control, and comply with all security and regulatory standards while working in a fast-paced, high-volume pharmacy setting.
Key Responsibilities :
Accurately prepare and package prescription orders for shipment.
Ensure all medications are correctly labeled and neatly packaged per pharmacy standards.
Operate pharmacy equipment, including counters and the PARATA machine.
Assist in inventory control, including restocking and maintaining adequate supply levels.
Count, seal, and label medications while meeting production goals.
Present labeled medications to the pharmacist for verification and approval.
Match prescription labels with the correct medications to ensure accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to safety and security protocols.
Assist in maintaining reasonable production levels as determined by the supervisor.
Complete all mandatory regulatory training programs.
Perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations.
Punctuality and consistent attendance for scheduled work shifts.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior pharmacy technician or fulfillment experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
Familiarity with pharmacy regulations and inventory management is a plus.
Ability to operate pharmacy equipment and follow safety procedures.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Must be a team player with strong communication skills.
Willingness to complete required training and certifications as needed.
