Compensation : $25 - $32 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
- Supervise and lead a team of mitigation technicians in executing restoration projects promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Oversee inventory management of materials and equipment necessary for mitigation projects.
- Documenting job progress clearly and accurately.
- Engage in training programs and assist with OTJ training of technician teams.
