Job Summary
In this role you will apply your deep technical expertise to all aspects of the software development including defining design patterns and architecture standards required for applications, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis. Whether balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders or supporting more senior staff on complex projects, you use data and analysis and apply your experience, judgment, and risk mindset across your responsibilities.
Major Responsibilities
- Need to be Role Model for the Team and Organization with his / her Technical Competence in providing Solutions.
- Ensure optimum performance, high availability and stability of solutions
- Ability to Lead more than one Agile team in providing directions and eliminate Technical hurdles take full responsibility of the Sprint deliverables.
- Design and develop applications, system to system interfaces, and complete software solutions
- Good Grasp on Financial Industry standards on Technical Implementations
- Develop advanced code which are performance efficient in meeting SLA standards.
Qualifications
The typical base pay range for this role is between $135K - $165K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and / or incentive compensation.
