Position Overview :
The Learning and Development Specialist is a dynamic role responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining impactful training programs across our organization. This individual will create engaging content, facilitate interactive training sessions, and provide ongoing development support to ensure our associates are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Content Creation :
- Develop and design comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids tailored to various roles.
- Collaborate with leadership, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and create relevant content.
- Ensure all content aligns with company goals, brand values, and the Omni experience.
