Join our team! We have an exciting opening for a full-time Business Development Specialist to join our innovative Commercial team in Madison, Wisconsin!
As a Business Development Specialist, you'll collaborate with our dynamic Sales and Marketing teams. This role offers hands-on experience in lead generation, relationship-building, and strategic outreach, allowing you to develop valuable skills in commercial team operations. Additionally, you'll play a key role in our webinar initiatives, learning how to attract and engage attendees while refining your outreach techniques. By leveraging HubSpot CRM, you'll strengthen your ability to track and manage interactions, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. What Youll Do :
- Present Yahara and its brand professionally to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media. Identify key decision makers and initial constraints.
- Attend industry and location-based networking events, trade shows, and conferences. Track meeting metrics like contacts made and meetings scheduled.
- Support the creation of written and video content for the LinkedIn page.
- Coordinate with marketing team on outreach efforts.
- Engage with industry-aligned professionals to generate interest in webinars.
- Support Yahara event registration and outreach.
- Personalize communication based on your audience to generate maximum interest in events, webinars, etc.
- Follow up with webinar attendees to gather feedback and evaluate for further prospecting efforts.
- Ensure CRM (HubSpot) is up to date for all assigned active opportunities.
- Transition qualified prospects to sales professionals for further follow-up.
- Research and target ideal client organizations. Initiate contact through various channels.
- Follow the sales and prospecting playbooks carefully, often under the guidance of other Business Development team members.
- Actively seek referrals using your network and networking skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
