A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to design and implement scalable development frameworks for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Define clear expectations and growth paths for key roles in collaboration with HRBPs and managers
Identify development needs and skill gaps through various data sources
Design and coordinate learning offerings and resources to support career development and manager effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Approximately 5 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, or related fields
Experience designing and implementing development programs in fast-paced environments
Ability to create clear and simple structures for development frameworks
Familiarity with common L&D tools and systems for content organization and feedback tracking
Experience in a remote-first or distributed organization is a plus
