Description
The intern will work with Our Piece of the Pie (OPP) for 10 months to help expand our reach, diversify our partnership portfolio, and assist with replicating and scaling the Hartford Youth Service Corps (HYSC) model statewide. This role involves researching potential partners, developing strategic partnerships, and creating processes and timelines to effectively implement the model. The intern will work in close collaboration with the HYSC team, Youth Leadership Council, Organizational Capacity, and COO on internal efforts to drive program enhancement and innovation, promote youth voice and engagement, and strengthen community outreach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Capture program elements, best practices, and enhancements for the HYSC service-learning model in writing, creating a "Blueprint for Success" to replicate the model statewide.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants and partners to continually enhance the service-learning experience and outcomes.
- Track project progress, documenting outcomes and lessons learned for future initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share findings and recommendations with stakeholders and funders, effectively demonstrating the impact of service-learning projects.
- Maintain project timelines and oversee the execution of activities, ensuring successful implementation and completion of each initiative.
