Kelly® is looking for a Training Administrator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Farmington, CT. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00–$23.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time

What’s a typical day as a Training Administrator? You’ll be:
  • Coordinating and scheduling training sessions for employees and customers
  • Managing registrations, bookings, and cancellations in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Utilizing the HALO ticketing system to track and manage training inquiries
  • Preparing and distributing quotes for training requests and handling invoicing processes
  • Monitoring training program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and follow-up communication
  • Maintaining training records and ensuring up-to-date documentation
  • Supporting onboarding activities to ensure new employees have required training resources
  • Providing general administrative support in the Training Center, including participant check-in and phone support
  • Assisting with the Field Service Training Apprentice Program and training center operations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have 3+ years of experience in administrative support, coordination, scheduling, or customer service roles
  • Are experienced with Microsoft Office, and familiar with SIS and LMS platforms
  • Possess strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Are comfortable learning and navigating multiple software systems (experience with SAP, Smartsheet, or similar systems preferred)
  • Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and are process-oriented and eager to learn
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in management or administration preferred)
