Job description
Fast growing publicly traded commercial real estate firm seeks a paralegal to assist both their legal and leasing teams.
This is an in office role in midtown Manhattan
Responsibilities include :
- Supporting the execution of commercial leases
- Facilitating leasing requests
- Making sure all documents are signed by the appropriate parties
- Assisting in the drafting of leases
- Providing administrative support to the attorneys
- Title and survey review
- Litigation Support
Qualified candidates should have experience as a paralegal working specifically with the leasing function of a real estate firm. Notary experience preferred but not required
Salary 85000-110000
