Our client, Up Campus Student Living is hiring a Leasing & Marketing Manager to lead the charge at Nova Tallahassee , our client’s vibrant student community just minutes from FSU, FAMU, and TCC.

What You’ll Do :
- Hit leasing and occupancy goals with smart strategies and team motivation Lead and mentor leasing professionals, community assistants, and brand ambassadors Plan and execute resident events, renewal campaigns, and community outreach Conduct tours and engage prospects through phone, email, text, and in-person follow-ups Create and manage digital, print, and social marketing campaigns aligned with brand standards Partner with student orgs, Greek life, local businesses, and the university to generate leads and increase visibility Oversee roommate matching and ensure a seamless, positive move-in experience Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies across all leasing activities Maintain accurate records in Entrata and ensure data integrity for guest cards, applications, and lease tracking Monitor leasing KPIs and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to the Community Manager and Corporate Team Assist with managing marketing and leasing budgets, adjusting strategies as needed throughout the leasing cycle Coordinate with corporate marketing and leasing teams to align campaigns, materials, and on-the-ground execution Conduct regular audits of leasing files and systems to maintain compliance and organization Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of leasing staff and brand ambassadors Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching, motivation, and support Foster a fun, energetic office culture that encourages goal-setting, collaboration, and results What You Bring : Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in student housing leasing and marketing 1+ year of new development lease-up experience or large-property leasing (600+ beds) Established network within the local student market, Greek life, or campus organizations Experience using Entrata or similar property management systems Digital marketing and social media expertise Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Confidence in managing a team and juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting Player-coach attitude who leads by example and sets the tone for team energy Perks & Benefits : Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Flexible Paid Time Off Health, dental, and retirement benefits Opportunities for career growth and professional development A supportive, collaborative culture with room to innovate A chance to leave your mark on one of Tallahassee’s top student communities Make Your Mark : Join the Up Campus team and help shape the student living experience at Nova Tallahassee.
