Overview :
Rosner Resources is assisting a successful real estate firm that is seeking a Leasing Administrator. Duties include preparation of leases, amendments, modifications, notices to tenants, calculating RE taxes, CAM assessments, reconciliation, & correspondence. This opportunity is a full-time, onsite role, located in West Broward County.
Skills & Experience Requirements :
- Minimum 3+ years prior commercial leasing experience in real estate / property management
- Advanced knowledge of lease language
- Prior experience with CAM reconciliation
- Experience with collections & delinquency
- Proficiency with Yardi preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, within a fast-paced flow of work
- Track record of maintaining high levels of accuracy
