This position is for our client, global law firm, located on a hybrid schedule in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience with full cycle recruitment process in attorney recruiting. Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and university recruiting events. Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and timelines. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. (Previous experience with on campus recruiting is required). Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in experience required. 4 years of experience in attorney recruiting Previous experience with on campus recruiting is required. (summer and 1st year associate programs)
