The Opportunity :
- The Legal Analyst will provide document management analysis and support work for the Assistant U.S. Attorneys “The AUSAs” in the office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts in Boston.
- The position supports the investigations of the Securities, Financial, and Cyber Fraud Unit.
- The Unit investigates and prosecutes complex financial and cyber fraud cases including but not limited to bank fraud, advance fee schemes, tax offenses, commercial bribery, intellectual property, and cyberstalking.
- Responsibilities of the position will include maintaining and organizing electronic case files, assisting the AUSAs in their organization and production of discovery, reviewing and summarizing document productions and testimony, preparing subpoenas, coordinating travel and preparation for witness interviews, and various administrative and legal duties as needed by the AUSAs.
- This role also is responsible for providing support during the leadup to trial and during the proceedings.

Pay Range :
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.
Minimum Req uired Hourly Wage :
28.85
