Ansbacher Law is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant for our Jacksonville, Florida office, for the Construction Defect practice area.

About the Role : Although job duties may vary, the primary focus will be assisting our attorneys with the firm's Construction Defect clients. Responsibilities include client communication, drafting legal documents under the supervision of attorneys, and maintaining client records. Must have a positive, friendly, and energetic personality, a strong work ethic, an assertive disposition, and a professional appearance and demeanor.
Responsibilities :
- Preparation of legal documents under attorney supervision.
- Client communication and maintaining client records.
- Drafting legal documents under the supervision of attorneys.
- Document review.
- Case file management.
- Create reports and compilations based on case specifications and attorney requests.
- Maintain construction defect conflict checklist binder.
- Initial preparation for depositions.
- General administrative duties.
