The Customer Trainer, by leveraging their Juris Doctorate and practice experience, works with Thomson Reuters Legal customers to maximize product utilization, remove obstacles to product access and uncover new business opportunities. Our team is committed to delivering the best education, training and product expertise in the marketplace. The Customer Trainer will work with cross-functional teams and in partnership with other Thomson Reuters team members.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Customer Trainer , you will :
- Drive product adoption and usage, while helping customers achieve their expected ROI on Thomson Reuters' products
- Support revenue retention and growth by effectively partnering with the whole account team to uncover the customers business needs that align with Thomson Reuters product offerings
- Utilize adult learning principles and engagement techniques when leading training sessions
- Deliver exceptional service to our law firm clients
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in Westlaw, Practical Law, and other solutions products, as well as customer workflow, product uses cases, and industry trends
- Log, update and maintain activity and customer information within our business systems

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following metro locations : Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $81,600 - $151,600. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states : CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and / or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $74,200 - $137,800. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
