Job Description
Job Description
Consilio's ELS Direct Hire Division is seeking a litigation legal secretary on behalf of a law firm. The candidate for this position will be successful if they are able to execute a variety of secretarial duties of a confidential nature. These tasks will include working with attorneys, paralegals and other members of the firm with a series of administrative functions. Therefore, the candidate will need to have effective time management and organizational skills coupled with the ability to be detail oriented.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact / representative for clients
- Maintain and organize files
- Coordinate and manage attorneys calendar and travel
- Accurately draft and file court documents
- Proofread, edit and finalize documents
- Review, edit and submit monthly prebills
- Other duties as assigned
