Key Responsibilities
Drafting and preparing legal documents, including memoranda and correspondence
Fielding calls and correspondence from clients, borrowers, and other parties
Updating internal and client systems while providing exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
Minimum associate degree, Paralegal Certificate, or 2 years of experience as a legal assistant
Preferred experience in a default law firm
High-level proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with case / document management software
Good understanding of the foreclosure legal process and title report reviews preferred
Ability to multi-task and adapt to continual change in a team-oriented environment
