Job Details
The Legal Specialist II performs a variety of legal services and project management services on corporate, contract, commercial matters that are handled by the Legal Department. The Legal Specialist II must have sufficient experience and ability to function as an independent professional.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
In the Contract and Commercial area, the duties and responsibilities of the Legal Specialist II may include, without limitation, the following :
- Generating initial contracts from Legal Department forms for business clients and some communications with the business clients about the same;
- Providing project management assistance in connection with commercial contracting process;
- Preparing standard contract revisions.
