Job description

Professional At Home Jobs ( https : / / professionalathomejobs.com ) is now in search for a Legal Assistant to work remotely in the U.S. only.

JOB TYPE : Full-time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION : File patent and trademark documents at the USPTO.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS :

MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
2-7 years of experience in a patent and / or trademark prosecution law firm. Excellent communication skills and will be familiar with legal forms and procedures for filing patent and trademark documents at the USPTO.
1 year in a Patent and / or Trademark Law Office is required.
Experience with docketing practices including the AppColl® intellectual property management software is preferred, but is not required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS : Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY : $15.00 per hour
