The Clinical Liaison Registered Nurse is the face of Crossroads Hospice within the community. The self-motivated nurse initiates, builds, and maintains relationships with organizations, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Being a hospice registered nurse goes beyond administering medical care; it's about exceeding expectations to honor their wishes and ensure they experience dignity and comfort. Every day, we have the chance to create meaningful moments for patients and their families, helping them navigate one of life's most challenging journeys.
We have only one chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Together, we can provide patients with the opportunity to experience their final days with dignity and tranquility.

Clinical Liaison Registered Nurse Qualifications :
- 2 years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience
- An active unencumbered state RN license
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
- CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
- Strong understanding of Hospice and Palliative Care
- Strong understanding of a hospital environment
- Interest in Marketing
- Strong relationships within the community
