Job descriptionLVN or RN license is preferred, but not required This role requires a valid driver's license and a good driving record as a condition of employment. Associates must comply with all state and federal driving regulations Associates in roles requiring driving are responsible for maintaining a valid and active driver's license. We are currently seeking a Clinical Liaison (Hospice) in the San Gabriel Valley area who shares our passion for providing dignified, compassionate end-of-life care. This person will be covering the SGV area as far East as Claremont.
Schedule : Full time, 5 days a week. Will include some weekends + weekdays, alternate days off during the week, hours will alternate between 830AM-5PM and 11AM-7PM.
