Job Description
StubHub is on a mission to redefine the live event experience on a global scale. Whether someone is looking to attend their first event or their hundredth, we're here to delight them all the way from the moment they start looking for a ticket until they step through the gate. The same goes for our sellers. From fans selling a single ticket to the promoters of a worldwide stadium tour, we want StubHub to be the safest, most convenient way to offer a ticket to the millions of fans who browse our platform around the world.
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Arts in Partnerships to lead StubHub's expansion into the performing arts, live theater, classical music, cultural institutions, and other live arts verticals. This role will be responsible for designing and executing the go-to-market strategy for acquiring arts inventory, building strong partnerships with organizations across North America, and ultimately constructing a team of Directors and Account Managers to scale the category.
Reporting to the Head of Arts Partnerships, you will be both strategist and operator — shaping the roadmap, engaging with top-tier arts institutions, and building the foundation of a team that will deliver long-term value to rights holders and fans alike.

What You'll Do :
- Define and lead the overall strategy for StubHub's arts vertical — including theaters, performing arts centers, symphonies, ballets, operas, and cultural venues.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of Directors and Account Managers as the category scales.
- Drive new business development — identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value partnerships with arts organizations across North America.
- Serve as the category's executive sponsor in key negotiations and long-term partner relationships.
- Collaborate with product, legal, operations, and marketing teams to build solutions tailored to the needs of arts partners.
- Advocate internally for the evolving needs of the arts category — influencing product development and commercial strategy.
- Represent StubHub at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build visibility and trust.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, market trends, and partner feedback.
