Core Responsibilities & How We Support You
Consult with families who have requested information and identify the best coverage for their needs
Pre-qualified, compliance-approved leads (no cold calling)
Explain policy options, gather applications, and submit them to the appropriate carrier
Digital CRM + mobile app to manage every step
Follow up with carriers and clients during underwriting
Dedicated case managers and mentoring
Deliver outstanding client service and maintain thorough, accurate records
Ongoing product & sales training at no cost
Requirements
What You'll Need
- Ability to obtain (or currently hold) a state Life & Health license - we'll guide qualified candidates through the process.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-discipline to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule.
- U.S. work authorization. No degree or prior insurance experience required.
