Job Duties :

Primary Job Duties : Includes but is not limited to :

• Provide consistent, professional skincare and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of facility products, features and amenities.
• Evaluate and educate guests about applicable wellness recommendations.
• Ensure facility equipment is functioning properly and report any concerns to the Lead Esthetician and / or Spa Management.
• Adhere to esthetics standards pertaining to chemical use, cleaning and sanitization of equipment.
• Perform preparation work, properly clean and restock room at the end of each shift.
• Promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as any promotions and / or discounts available.
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all guest requests.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
• Ensure all Resorts World core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
• Use personal device / cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
