Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist for the Mokara Spa in the beautiful Interlocken Hotel & Spa!

Omni Interlocken Hotel & Spa is seeking a Massage Therapist to join our outstanding spa team! This vital role will work closely with the Spa Manager and Spa Leaders to successfully execute all operations relating to this position,, resulting in high levels of guest satisfaction. This highly motivated individual will be responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining Omni standards throughout all procedures.

We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals who love contributing to a winning team. If you have massage therapy experience in a hotel or high end spa environment, we would love to speak with you about this role.

Salary range for this position (based on experience) : is a combination of $11.40 / hour plus 20% automatic service charge and 25% service commission. Part Time Associates at Omni Interlocken Resort are entitled to elect the following benefits : Dental, Vision and other healthcare benefits. Omni Interlocken Resort reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race.

Responsibilities

• To work as part of the spa therapy team to consistently provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.
• Responsible for setting up the treatment rooms according to procedures and disposing of laundry in a timely basis.
• Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.
• Ensure all professional stock is being used in compliance with the PAR levels to assist with reduction in product waste.
• To begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures of all treatments are being followed at all times.
• Ensure all guests depart with a completed prescription form after each and every service.
• Strive to consistently encourage upgrades and produce a minimum of 10% in retail sales per day / week / month.
